Terms and Conditions for Simple Appliance Repair

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Simple Appliance Repair ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") for appliance repair and maintenance. By hiring our services or engaging with our company in any capacity, you ("Customer", "you", or "your") agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Services Provided
Simple Appliance Repair offers professional repair, maintenance, and installation services for a wide range of appliances, including but not limited to refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, and HVAC both residential and commercial.
- We offer on-site repair services depending on the nature of the problem.
- All work performed will be as described in the service agreement or estimate provided at the time of booking.
2. Appointment Scheduling & Fees
- Customers can schedule appointments via our website (appliancepa.com), phone(724-914-8074), or email(simple@appliancepa.com).
- Appointment times are estimates, and while we make every effort to arrive on time, we cannot guarantee exact times due to unforeseen delays.
- A diagnostic fee applies for the initial visit or assessment. This fee will be applied toward the total cost of repairs if the customer proceeds with the service.
3. Payment Terms
- Payments for services are due upon completion of the work or as specified in the service agreement.
- Accepted payment methods include [credit cards, debit cards, checks, etc.].
- If payment is not made within [2] days of the service, a late fee of 10% of the outstanding balance will apply.
- Simple Appliance Repair reserves the right to charge additional fees for services not listed in the initial estimate or for work that requires more time or resources than originally anticipated.
4. Warranty on Services
- We provide a [12]-month warranty on parts and labor for all repairs, unless otherwise stated in the service agreement. This warranty covers any defects in the workmanship or faulty parts provided by us.
- Warranty does not cover issues arising from misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance of the appliance after the service has been completed.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- The customer is responsible for providing clear access to the appliance being serviced. If additional access is required (e.g., moving heavy furniture or disconnecting utilities), the customer is responsible for ensuring this is done.
- Customers must ensure that the appliance is safe to work on, with all relevant safety protocols followed.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Simple Appliance Repair is not liable for any damage to the customer’s property caused by the repair process, except in cases of negligence or intentional harm.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from appliance malfunction or failure, including loss of food, time, or inconvenience.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
- If the technician arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to perform the service due to customer unavailability or other reasons outside our control, a service fee will apply.
8. Consumer Rights
- These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights under consumer protection laws. In the event of a dispute, we will work with you to resolve the issue in a fair and timely manner.
9. Confidentiality and Privacy
- Simple Appliance Repair will not share your personal information with third parties except where necessary for processing payments, fulfilling orders, or as required by law.
10. Changes to Terms
- Simple Appliance Repair reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and the updated version will be effective as of the date indicated at the top of the document.
11. Governing Law
